Christopher Samson is originally from Quebec. As a young man, he worked at Burger King, where he developed a passion for food service. Driven by curiosity and a love for flavors, he traveled extensively across the African continent, immersing himself in the diverse culinary traditions. Inspired and guided by his wife, who is of African descent, Christopher mastered authentic African cuisine recipes. His unique blend of African and Canadian culinary knowledge is what makes SamSonRepas a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
